STUDIOHAUZ DALLAS was born where luxury real estate and film naturally meet in Dallas, Texas.
Florence Allwood, a Dallas-based luxury real estate advisor, built her career across design, event production, and global relocation. Beginning in interior design in El Salvador and Miami, she sourced furnishings and created environments, including sets for television, music, and film, developing a sharp understanding of both aesthetics and functionality on camera.
After moving to Dallas, she stepped into event production before transitioning into luxury real estate, where she focused on talent housing and housing for creatives, quietly supporting relocations with an emphasis on privacy, comfort, and lifestyle.
With early experience in commercial acting across Central America, a strong background in music, and ventures in furniture design and the nightlife industry, Florence brings a well-rounded perspective on creative living and production needs.
Through real estate, she connected with the Mitchell family. Raised on film sets by their father, director Mike Mitchell, Ollie and Emmett Mitchell bring an instinctive understanding of production, while Aimee Mitchell contributes a multidisciplinary background in set design, art direction, and visual production, adding a refined creative layer to both housing and location curation.
What began as a shared vision became STUDIOHAUZ COLLECTIVE, a curated approach to production housing, talent relocation, and location sourcing in Dallas and across the DFW area, designed with both creativity and logistics in mind.
